02

Who to contact.

PraxisForge AI is the name used for this independently operated project and public preview. Contact the operator at [email protected] for privacy, accessibility, security, or general questions.

This website does not represent Nous Research or any cloud, model, or application provider. Third-party names describe relevant technology; they do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

03

A preview with a defined boundary.

The public workspace uses illustrative records to demonstrate an operations interface. The restricted operations area is an owner-controlled test environment. Neither is an invitation to upload confidential client records, connect live business accounts, or rely on unattended external actions.

A customer deployment would require a separately agreed scope, identified contracting parties, data-processing arrangements where applicable, retention rules, and operating responsibilities. Those arrangements are not created by browsing this website.

04

Rights depend on the circumstances.

US, EU, and other rules can apply differently according to the operator, visitor, service, and processing involved. These notices describe relevant rights without claiming that every law applies to every visitor or that this preview has completed a compliance certification. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory.

05

How these notices change.

Each notice shows its update date. When the preview changes, the relevant notice will be revised to describe the resulting behavior. A future paid service or materially different use of personal information will need its own clear terms and notices before it is introduced.
