Terms of use
Explore responsibly.
Keep people in control.
The practical terms for browsing and testing the PraxisForge AI preview.
This preview has no paid checkout, customer service-level agreement, or general production-use offer. Any future paid engagement requires a separate written agreement.
What you may explore.
You may browse the public pages and interact with the illustrative workspace for evaluation. Access to the restricted operations area requires the operator’s permission and valid credentials. Do not attempt to enter another workspace, discover credentials, bypass controls, or access information you are not authorized to see.
Responsible use.
Do not disrupt the service, send malicious content, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the preview for unlawful activity. Test only data and systems you are authorized to use. Responsible security reports are welcome through the contact page; do not expose other people’s data or continue testing after identifying a vulnerability that could harm the service.
AI output needs review.
AI-generated plans, summaries, drafts, and recommendations can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Illustrative records and simulated approvals are demonstrations, not proof that an external action occurred. A real result needs appropriate evidence and verification.
Review source material, recipients, accounts, content, and permissions before approving a consequential action. The preview is not provided for medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, or other regulated decisions, and it is not professional advice.
Your information and project materials.
You retain rights you already have in material you lawfully provide. Providing material authorizes only the processing reasonably necessary for the interaction you requested, subject to the privacy notice; it does not grant unrestricted rights to publish it or train a model on it. Use synthetic examples here rather than confidential information.
The project’s branding, artwork, interface, and content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. These website terms do not grant a license to redistribute the software or third-party assets. Where software or an asset is separately released under a license, that license governs it.
Third-party technology.
Hermes Agent, model software, cloud platforms, and integration names remain subject to their own licenses and terms. Mentioning them does not imply that their providers endorse PraxisForge AI. A link to another service does not extend this preview’s terms to that service.
Availability and changes.
The preview may be changed, paused, restricted, or withdrawn while it is developed. It has no guaranteed uptime, support response time, recovery objective, or preservation period. Keep your own copies of anything you need. Planned features and deployment options describe direction rather than a commitment to deliver on a particular date.
If access must be limited to address misuse or security risk, the operator may do so. Privacy requests and rights that apply by law remain available.
Expectations and mandatory rights.
The demonstration is provided for evaluation in its current state. No promise is made that its outputs are error-free, suitable for a particular business purpose, or sufficient for compliance. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, and they do not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
A future commercial agreement must identify the parties, scope, fees, operating responsibilities, governing law, and dispute arrangements. No exclusive court, arbitration requirement, or governing jurisdiction is imposed through this preview notice.
Questions and revisions.
Questions about permitted use can be sent to [email protected]. Revisions will be dated on this page. A materially different service, data use, or commercial arrangement needs clear notice and, where required, a separate agreement or choice.
