THE PRAXISFORGE PRINCIPLES
Ambitious systems.
Honest boundaries.
We are building toward useful AI operations with the discipline that consequential work deserves.
The public workspace uses synthetic data and simulated actions. The authenticated owner pilot adds durable knowledge, tasks and approvals; live CPU performance is still under review. External delivery and independent customer isolation remain future milestones.
Intention before execution
A useful system starts with a clear task contract: who owns the work, what evidence is permitted, and what success looks like.
People own consequential decisions
Messages, record changes, publication, deletion, and spending need deliberate authorization. Approval should bind the exact proposed action.
Context has a boundary
Client knowledge, memory, credentials, and execution environments require enforced separation. A label in a prompt is not a security control.
Evidence over confidence
A model saying it finished is not proof. Provider receipts, source-linked artifacts, and explicit uncertain outcomes make the work inspectable.
Improvement must be earned
Prompts, skills, and models should improve against a measured baseline before promotion. Research belongs in an isolated lab.
Calm is a product feature
Clear typography, accessible controls, restrained motion, and honest feedback make an operational interface easier to use when the work matters.
